~adi425: Since frontier took over from Verizon, the content started being cut while the pricing were constantly jacked up. I have been their customer for * years, but this does not count for this company. I understand that pricing should be adjusted with inflation but I got * significant increases in the past * month. Customer service stated that the company has the right to increases the price without any notification unless I select again a * year plan. Well, this attitude towards a customer was the water drop that filled the glass. I dumped them immediately.

~adi425: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~adi425: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~adi425: For that I would say five out of five.
