~Suzy: I reported a problem with live wires of neighbor's internet power lines laying on * of my roofs. I was promised ** hr service to redirect them from the date of ******* but had to recall this number on ******* because live wires still on my roofs....now whether they be FIOS or whatever, Frontier needs to direct the problem to the corrective source....not have a customer waste their valued-time calling over and over . . .

~Suzy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Suzy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Frontier Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Suzy: For that I would say two out of five.
