~Lunamoth: I was helped by one of the nicest young ladies who put me through to a technician and stayed on the line with me until we were done talking and then she told me that she had looked at my phone plan and said she could save me $** a month on my plan. I said soon as I resolved the problem with my phones I would call back and she gave me a line to call back on. I said thank you and she said no---"Thank you"and I hope you have a better day. If they were all that pleasant I would always have a good day when I call for repairs.

~Lunamoth: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
