GetHuman-12085: Our internet when out on Tuesday called and was told high demand nothing they could do about it. I check on it at * am no internet. Called back and was told it was the and they could not get to us for * days. This is not acceptable. I have a work at person and another who has college classes at home and need it fix ASAP. I was sorry it as soon as we can get a tech out to you
