GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-basebal: They replaced our great ATnT. The speeds are way slower, and they refuse to say they are. They told us they were doing "updates," but the fact of the matter is that their surface is just terrible. We've had problems for days on end and they refuse to fix them or deny they are there. And their only response to these things is to restart your router.**Terrible service from a terrible company. Why did they have to buy out ATnT in Connecticut?
