~humble bumble: They have called me everyday for over a week trying to get me to upgrade my service-- This is after I told them I won't do anything like that over the phone and I'd use the web-site. The telemarketers were pushy and rude. I was forced to switch to them because Verizon's sale. I'm not that happy so far, or impressed by their SUPPOSED COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
