~hollysbar: First person was rude and did not come back on the line. In fact I was transfered the first time. Second call the lady was great her name was Shawnee. The store manager was no help.I was told that Verizon would not allow me to use my visa debit card at your store. I called Verizon and they knew nothing about it. So I went and bought a phone from best buy along with a computer I was going to buy from you. Sad not to do business with you...
