~PrPro: Had a problem with GE parts. Explained it to a very helpful, friendly agent, who after analyzing my issue offered to overnight the parts to me via FedEx at no cost to me for parts or shipping. This has kind of customer service has earned my loyalty to GE in the future.

~PrPro: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
