~rach: The fan in my wall oven malfunctioned in April. They were out to change the fan and several times since. Fan still does not work properly. They made appointments they did not keep and sent repair people that did not do the job.I have spent hours on the phone trying and days waiting for repair techs. All to no avail. Fan still does not work and now I have to wait another * weeks for a different repair person to install another new fan. Aside from apologies on the phone I am not getting any reliable repair. Never buy a GE product!
