GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-gotcha8: The glass in the door of my $*** GE range which was purchased April **** and delivered May **** shattered and broke at a temperature of *** degrees on Dec. **, ****. It is out of warranty however, it is a defective product that I should not have to pay for repair or parts which seem to be adding up to $*** or more. The explosion and distress would be bad for anytime and is magnified by happening during a holiday season. I am so glad that no one was close to the oven when I heard the explosion. This oven has not been used enough to require cleaning so overuse or misuse is not an explanation. Model JGB***DEF*BB SErial DD******P purchased from Home Depot who has refused to do more than send out a repairman at my expense along with expense for parts.
