GetHuman-271942: I am Power of Attorney for my mother. If you call after normal US hours you will get the service center in I believe the Phillipines. Anything beyond the very basic needs they cannot handle. With the POA they did not know how to authorize me to speak with them about my mothers account in spite of the fact the POA is noted in their system!
