~arcticbutterfly: As a medical provider seeking policy info in order to assist a patient Geico was inadequate at best. Gave me a web site to get the med pay info i needed that our system wont allow us to access as it says its not trustworthy. I called back and explained and they said oh well that's too bad. Thank the Lord I have USAA myself!

~arcticbutterfly: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~arcticbutterfly: For that I would say two out of five.
