~cccouchois: First of all, yes, DO keep saying representative until you get one. It was the only way I got through, and it was only a minute or two to get that accomplished. I spoke with Angel. He was awesome! Really efficient and helpful!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GEICO. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GEICO problem?
~cccouchois: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cccouchois: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cccouchois: For that I would say two out of five.
