~Mitch Weaver: Terrible company. I have requested * times to be removed from their direct mail list only to have it ignored. Geico has successfully alienated me from doing any business whatsoever with their company.

~Mitch Weaver: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mitch Weaver: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mitch Weaver: For that I would say five out of five.
