~Elizabeth: When I asked for a quote on auto, prices were excellent, a lot cheaper than my present insurance, however they said I had to give them my routing number from check. Whatever ever happened to sending a bill to your address and I write a check. My current insurancr isn't up for renewal for a month.

~Elizabeth: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Elizabeth: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elizabeth: For that I would say three out of five.

~Elizabeth: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GEICO to know who you are.
