~RogerW4579: I called for my *** year old mother. She would have never been able to stay on the phone that long. That does not count the hour * I was onthe phone last night without an answer. After I got an answer it went very well and I got to spoke to someone that spoke english and I could understand what they were saying!!! They need to hire some more people to answer the phones. Put some americans back to work.
