GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/07/17?
GetHuman-reachid: LUCKYVITAMIN.COM HELD MY ORDER BUT DID NOT NOTIFY ME. I ASKED FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING OF MY $***.** ORDER AND THEY REFUSED. I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. I EVEN CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT SINCE THE SUPERVISOR WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING, THAT NOTHING FURTHER COULD BE DONE. I SPEND CLOSE TO $*,*** A YEAR WITH THIS COMPANY. I CANCELLED MY ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR TWO DAYS FOR THEIR PARENT COMPANY (GNC) TO CALL ME BACK. IT HAS TAKEN A LOT FOR ME TO TRY TO REPLACE THE PRODUCTS THAT I BUY FROM LUCKY VITAMIN. BUT I CANNOT TOLERATE SUCH BLATANT BEHAVIOR ON THE PART OF A COMPANY THAT SURELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. WHEN THIS WAS A FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS, THINGS WERE VERY DIFFERENT. EVER TRIED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH GNC??? GOOD LUCK!
