~desapointed customor: When first getting the new house with a frezzer and frigt from Gaggenau, both unit did not work this was in early spring of ****, whell it got fixed, new frigurator and a fixed frezzer after floor damage and a waith for * weeks, wow now July ****, frezzer out of service, no help with a loaner so it up to me to try to safe the food there was in it, and again a wait for * days before they will be back to fixed it, wow this was to be the best product on the marked, wast of money in my opinion, I will never tell a friend to bye this product, only if I dont like that person any more
