GetHuman-138595: I bought a playstation at gamestop as a Christmas present for my son. The salesman assured me there would not be a problem if the system didn't work. When the system didn't work, a different salesman said there was nothing he could do, since it was a specialty order and over ** days sine I purchased it. When I told him what the other salesman said, he repeated that there was nothing he could do, and I had to contact Sony for a work order *, then call him back for further instructions. On Jan. **, I was able to talk to a Sony rep., who said she would send a box to return the system to Sony, but did not give me a work order *. Today is Jan. **. The system was sent back this morning. The second rep. I talked to said I could not get a refund, only a repair.*The only reason I gave a rating of "*" is that there wasn't a lower selection.

GetHuman-138595: For that I would say one out of five.
