~Tony Rayo: Yes the wait was a bit much, however I would still choose to wait a bit and get connected to someone whom I can understand (I was a bit disappointed that they hadn't license some classic Zelda music or something for the hold music) and they were able to help me out very quickly.

~Tony Rayo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tony Rayo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GameStop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tony Rayo: For that I would say two out of five.
