~beersbo: Bought son a refurbished *DS XL Mario special edition for his b-day. A few weeks later he opened his gift and was very excited* however, this was short lived as it did not include the game the new Super Mario Bros * as expected for this special edition. It did not even have a SD card so my son could not use it. We were very disappointed. I checked the for sale ad at Gamestop web site and it never said the *DS XL Mario Special Edition would not have Super Mario Bros * nor did it say it would be shipped without a SD card. I figured this was a over-site by Gamestop. I called customer service on ** June **** for * hour and ** minutes. Eventually, after getting tired of hearing the same thing over and over that Gamestop wipes all information from game systems and they never ship SD cards. I could not understand this response, as the Mario special Edition includes Super Mario Bros *. Besides getting a XL with the Mario image this is the reason I got it for my son. ~beersbo: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GameStop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~beersbo: For that I would say one out of five.

~beersbo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GameStop to know who you are.
