~sad: the person i talked w couldnt hear or understand and wasnt helpful w logging me back online or w transferring address or payment it was my policy under a dual account and wouldnt do anything wo other person who was at work i am thinking of cancelling bc of rudeness and unhelpfulness just wanted to give them a way to take money and they wouldnt take it! horrible service! been customer for * yrs and never a prob til now and were so rude!
