~Gatekeeper1: Purchased a Gateway One ZX**** on ******** and attempted to set it up which was somewhat difficult as Gateway doesn't include an owners manual. I could not get the wireless keyboard & mouse to work. I tried calling Gateway support on (*) occasions and kept getting disconnected after going through the "voice prompts". I emailed (*) times and kept getting a response unrelated to my problem. All I wanted was an answer to a simple question of whether or not my PC uses an external plug-in receiver for the keyboard and mouse or was it internal. I wasn't sure if a device was missing or not. Customer support was unwilling to give me an answer and kept trying to sell me support time at $*.** a minute in order to get an answer. Ridiculous!! I had to find my own answer after some online research. I will never but a Gateway product again until they fire all of their customer support people and start over.
