~FRUSTRATED: This is the third time I have had a problem with my Gateway computer. I have paid Fed-Ex twice to send it in for repair and it appears I will have to do this third time. I am on hold now going on ** minutes waiting for someone to respond. With the money and time I am spending on repairs and holding on a phone I could have bought another brand that would work properly.
