~kim maynard-dennis: they gave me another number to call...the auto voice could not understand me...when i reached a person...they wanted me to pay $**.** for a replacement cd for my **** computer that has vista on it and told me to take it into a technician...then i would not need to pay him...the tech could download it and charge me...poor service...my mom is buying a new computer and i am shopping for her...it won't be a gateway...my laptop is gateway also...no more...
