GetHuman39677: New purchase Hubsan H***s does not record video or photo. Need help or return.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman39677: About three weeks ago I ordered and received Hubsan H***s Advanced. It flies okay but will not record video or take photos. I installed a **GB class ** micro SD card - did not record* tried *GB - did not record. Pressing ENTER (video) produces a screen message "Put throttle down", which tells me nothing.
