GetHuman-243305: After * months of a very poor quality computer bought at Best Buy and * attempts to have computer repaired, plus much time on the phone, I am filing a complaint against this store. I was told that if I brought the computer back for a *rd time, it could be declared a lemon. I will not do this and expect the problem to be resolved. I don't want it to be sent out to be repaired again. They are now claiming it was taken back * times. I want an adjustment on what I paid or another computer. I had a guarantee for a year. I have not damaged it in any way. It was faulty to begin with. Ruby Brown
