GetHuman-155570: It never fails that every time we have to deal with the Geeek Squad we get horrible service, this time they scheduled our appointment and sent us a confirmation when I called to get an approximate time it took them ** minutes to actually put me thru a live person and than they told me that they had changed the time of my appointment for the afternoon. They never emailed me or called me to tell me of the change. I took off work to be here during the appointment time and they do not even have the courtesy of calling to advice us of the change. When I asked them to speak to a manager they hung up on me. they never called me back to re-scheduled. when we first had the equipment installed the same thing happened. It is unbelievable that a company like this can be in business GEEK SQUAD *****, STINKS, THEIR BUSINESS LICENSED SHOULD BE REMOVED.
