~capitol5555: Terrible customer service thru their store located in a local Best Buy. I have paid $*** up front to have my laptop repaired. It has been in their shop for * weeks. Was not fully repaired the first time, even though their web site said it was repaired , not so when I went to pick it up. Geek Sqaud employee said their is a glitch in their web site notification system. **I have been given the run around by Geek Squad for * weeks. I have used their service for the set up of new tv's and the components. Service was excellent. I will never purchase a product or service from Geek Squad*Best Buy.**
