~mari: unless you have a very simple problem i wouln't bother. they wouldn't help with mistakes their company made. but if you have a simple problem you can most likely fix it yourself. or go online to geeksquad.com they aren't trust worthy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Geek Squad. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Geek Squad problem?
~mari: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mari: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Geek Squad's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mari: For that I would say one out of five.
