GetHuman-171679: I also spent time in the waiting room hearing GM brag about the name plate and innovations. How about making a simple headlight repair. My **** Envoy didn't require this but now my **** requires the dealer. I don't think this is progress. They asked me to make a suggestion to engineering I told them this has been on-going since ****. The book calls for a *.* hours and it can be done in ** minutes. Help yourself and your pocket book if you can do it yourself and have the tools handy it will save you. Did I mention the GM major guard protection doesn't cover headlight bulbs. Note: not a dealer issue but a GM issue they need to make right to its customers.
