~aron montgomery : I was told with the steering recall by Capitol cheverolet that since they did not have a letter sent to them that even though the steering wheel had locked up my wife and son that it would be ok to still drive the **** malibu that was on the recall list published by GM themselves that we had to pay for it and would be reinbursed, so I aske the service tech. How could my wife and son drive a vehicle that is unsafe after I have already told you that the wheel had locked up on both of them prior to bringing it to you. He had no comment and said that we can not repair it without a letter, which I understood, but still told me and my wife that it would be ok to drive the car with her and my baby in it. I have purchased * chevy's in the past ** years and this is how a regular customer gets treated. I am also a retired Army vet and father is a retired Marine vet * timesin Vietnam, my son is currently in the Airforce * time Afghan*Irac vet who has purchased chevy's and my younger son is in the
