~PissedK&APowell: I have gone without service for * days. A tech came to my home @***a and claimed to have knocked on the door. I was awake as well as my elderly mother whom needs this service more than anyone. The not only knocked on the door but threw the letter on the ground and did not state as to why the weren't able to connect service. After speaking to a CSA i was told I could specify instructions like receiving a courtesy call prior to someone coming out. My suggestion is to make a courtesy call procedure and not a request especially if someone needs to enter the home.
