GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Gmail customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MrSuperior: I've been locked out of my gmail account for * weeks now. I still have access on my phone but I forgot my password and I can't reset it because I changed my phone number a week before. So i can't have a text sent via SMS. I have until Sunday at midnight to register for classes with Honors priority at USF and this is getting asinine.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Gmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Gmail problem?
~MrSuperior: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MrSuperior: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Gmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MrSuperior: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Gmail customers?
~MrSuperior: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Gmail to know who you are.
