~Spyros Neophytou: the service was horrible. i had a problem receiving emails and instead of rectifying the problem they wanted to charge me to fix my problem (GBP**.**) and sell me a package for a (GBP***.**). i found it unacceptable and a day light robbery. i asked for their Manager named Michael in India and he wanted to discount the charges for fixing my email.*what service is this. i am thinking of taking this further. i am sure that your customers are not aware of your hidden charges. all other suppliers are not charging for troubleshooting.

~Spyros Neophytou: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Gmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Spyros Neophytou: For that I would say four out of five.

~Spyros Neophytou: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Gmail to know who you are.
