~osyasufi: Spoke with an agent (Christina M.) for a few minutes, and she became very unprofessional when I asked about maternity coverage. She said no health insurance would ever cover me. She said somethint about discounts, but she couldn't explain them. She asked to put me on hold. Then after about a minute, she hung up. She had a very unprofessional demeanor, not friendly, .... but most clear was that she didn't know her own companies services.

~osyasufi: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
