~craingirl: these people are horrible my husband took the call went through the normal questions with him.my husband stated from the beginning we were shopping around so he just wanted a little info the rep whose name was jay wanted our ssn , banking info and my husband said no he wasn't giving that out right now,this jay then accused him of wasting his time and proceeded to argue the fact that he needed the bank info he argued with him for about five more mins I told my husband to hang up on him he really wasent getting it now after all that . then this jay told my husband that your wife married you for a reason its really none of your wife business if you give the info out .she wasn't handling the call that he was and that your wife doesn't need to no about the call at all anyway its really none of her business. wow i thought when he told me what this guy said. allhe told this Jay was that he was happy to go through what they had to offer but he wanted to discuss it with me before going any fu
