~Mark henry: My website has issue. I was unable to open it in web-browser. Your technical support person name (Steve) did not solve my problem and i lost my customers. I did not recommond godaday to online shopper website owners.

~Mark henry: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mark henry: For that I would say four out of five.

~Mark henry: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
