~sharky: This is the ****** worst site iv ever paid to use a service from I get locked out of my account for no reason .. ******* goof Americans hide with thier tails between thier legs and make it impossible to contact them unless ur paying outrageous long distance charges .. *** u goofs u know where I liv be come do something

~sharky: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sharky: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GoDaddy customers?
~sharky: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
