GetHuman-401812: Be very careful signing up for Hearst publication magazines on line. You enter credit card info on first page and once you hit enter you have ordered. I changed my mind after going to to the next page that tried to sell me another magazine and when I tried to back out and put bill me instead it was too late. I closed the window and went again fresh to get the 'bill me' option. I realized I did not want to end up with automatic enrollment and wanted them to bill me and not have my credit card info. There is no order summary screen, no further buttons saying 'Place order' after checking it over like every other legitimate website I've ever been to. Then I quickly received four email indicating I have ordered Good Housekeeping and Woman's Day each twice and one of each was charged to my card. The instructions online said to wait a WEEK for your customer information to be online before contacting them. No way- I looked online the next day and my customer info was there. No customer s
