~kiss my loyalty good-bye: Once again, I had to invest *** minutes just trying to find a C.S. * to call and ask where my March **** issue is . . . then add another *** minutes on hold waiting for someone in C.S. to ans. my call. the BIG QUESTION is: why don't they include their C.S. number in EACH and EVERY ISSUE THEY PRINT ???!!!!! Shows how they feel about their customers . . . think about it!!! When my sub. runs out, I will NOT re-up!
