~BeToney: I had called a Goodyear dealer (I just grabed a phone number from the yellow pages*for my area. The sales person said they had * tires excellent for my car which had a $**.** rebate on two of four tires, $***.**.*I called them on about July ** or so, ask him if rebate was at all Goodyear stores. He said yes. I told him my car was currently being used and would get in touch with him or a Goodyear dealer as soon as the car could be available. HE FAILED TO MENTION THAT THE REBATE EXPIRED JULY **st (last day). When I was able to get tires the rebate had dwindled to $**.**. I was not pleased with this, but purchased the tires anyway, I was already there an I like US made Goodyear tires. I emailed Goodyear twice about not being informed about the ***** rebate expiration date.*My next two vehicles, one soon the next in spring will have Cooper tires, also made in USA.*I am retired and work in an Auto Parts store.*I see many people everyday, they will know about the incompetent Gooodyear sales

~BeToney: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BeToney: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Goodyear Tire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BeToney: For that I would say five out of five.

~BeToney: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Goodyear Tire to know who you are.
