GetHuman-172547: After being on the phone for approx ** minuites they told me that they couldnt deal with my problem & i should try emailing the department that replied to me the previously which i have already done * times already hence the * phone call to them.I am told that they have no governing body or complaints department, Very unprofressional fo a company of this size & if this was in the UK this would have been already dealt with.
