~i didn't see one: I only waited * minutes for help and got a very nice agent. I am technically challenged and he was wonderful, patient, and very knowledgable. He walked me through all my questions and emailed me several links where I could find additional information that would also help me. I couldn't have asked for better service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google Pay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google Pay problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~i didn't see one: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Pay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~i didn't see one: For that I would say three out of five.

~i didn't see one: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Pay to know who you are.
