~Cotyaslippin: Every third word out.of this persons mouth was "umm" she gave me the exact same speech as the *previous operators I spoke to gave. Thats right, same issue * different calls amongst a weeks time. The froze my acct. saying it was under review and I couldnt make any purchases for a few days. So I wait the time,still same issue,go throught it again,pho.e call same speech and wait. U guessed it still same issue just to get the exact same speech. We finally resolved my issue by them deleting my google wallet acct and refunding my money. Wanna guess how long thats gona take? So google may have alot of satisfied customers but the ones that arent are the ones that truely got **** on.

~Cotyaslippin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cotyaslippin: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cotyaslippin: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~Cotyaslippin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
