~Maria: I still have yet to be able to reach a human to resolve my issues! My phone battery actually died while I was waiting to speak to a customer service representative. **I must say that I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the Google Play customer service. I recently switched from the iPhone to the Galaxy S* and am appalled at the difficulty of trying to make a purchase through Google Play. We have two phone accounts that we have tried to set up. This has been the most difficult process EVER! I have entered my credit card numbers and I can't believe that I have had to email customer support multiple times to get verified. You act as though I am applying for a loan and asking you for money. I am trying to make a purchase with MY credit card and you won't allow me to do so. I NEVER had this kind of a problem with iTunes! This issue has me seriously thinking about paying the full retail price to go back to the iPhone. ~Maria: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Maria: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Maria: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~Maria: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
