~Socaiona: Justin was very professional & empathetic & helpful towards the problem of unauthorized transactions on my credit union account..he was even willing to email the necessary steps need to take to make sure this doesn't happen again to both my email accounts...

~Socaiona: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Socaiona: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Socaiona: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~Socaiona: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
