GetHuman-lordcin: A week ago I received a no reply e mail from 'google' thanking me for taking part in a survey about a particular service. This e mail indicated that I have asked google to delete some material. I would like to inform you that if so, this has been done without my knowledge or approval. If so I would also like to know what type of material might have been deleted. Also I would like to know how I can get access to my google searches since ****. thank you

GetHuman-lordcin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-lordcin: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-lordcin: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
GetHuman-lordcin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
