~Grace Karlin: Google wouldn't let me log in to an account I made several years ago. It had embarrassing videos of me singing on it, and I want to take it down. So much for that. I waited and hour and NOTHING happened. I hate using google, and I hate the questions they ask that are supposed to get you into your account.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google problem?
~Grace Karlin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Grace Karlin: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Grace Karlin: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~Grace Karlin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
