~carl mcauley: Horrible, waited on hold for * hour and ** minutes and the call dropped, but earlier that day called and waited ** minutes and had to hang up. wow. google has zero customer service. *****@***.com

~carl mcauley: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~carl mcauley: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~carl mcauley: For that I would say five out of five.
